# 植物光照需求指南：全日照、部分日照、明亮散射光、低光 - 連結：https://leeflora.com/plant-light-guide/ - 發佈時間：2026-10-13T10:22:16+08:00 - 作者：Jason ## 買植物之前，先看家裡的「光位」 室內種植物，十個失敗個案裡有八個是光照不對：太暗會徒長、葉色變淡、掉葉；太猛會曬傷、 葉尖焦黃。這頁把我們在店裡用的四個光照等級寫清楚，附上量化標準，你可以照著判斷自己家裡或辦公室屬於哪一級。 ## 四個光照等級（附量化標準） | 等級 | 量化標準 | 典型位置 | 適合的植物 | | 全日照 | **每日直射日光 6 小時以上** | 戶外、露台、天台、向陽的落地窗邊（西斜位下午尤其猛烈） | 果樹、開花植物、多肉與仙人掌類 | | 部分日照 | **每日直射日光 3–6 **沒有直射日光**，日間亮度偏低（要開燈才覺得亮） | 離窗 2 米以上、走廊、會議室角落、只有燈光的室內 | 耐陰性極強的品種：虎尾蘭、金錢樹、綠蘿、巴西木、太陽神 | ## 怎樣判斷自己的光位？ * **看窗向**：南向整日有光；東向只有上午；西向下午到黃昏最猛（香港夏天西斜尤其傷葉）； 北向只有散射光、最柔和。 * **算直射時數**：選一個晴天，從早上到黃昏每隔一兩小時看一眼，把「太陽直接照到這個位置」 的時段加起來 —— 這就是上表所說的「每日直射」。 * **看距離與遮擋**：離窗口越遠光越少；紗簾、騎樓、隔鄰樓宇都會再打折扣。離窗兩米以上的位置， 通常只算「低光」。 * **看日常感受**：日間不用開燈也能舒服看書＝明亮；要開燈才覺得亮＝低光。 ## 店裡的分類怎麼看 我們每個植物商品的「附加信息」表都會標明光照等級（全日照／部分日照／明亮散射光／ 低光），買之前對照上面那張表，就知道家裡放不放得下。 ## 三個常見誤區 * **「耐陰」不等於「不需要光」**：耐陰品種能在低光環境活下來，但長期全黑一樣會死； 低光位也要有人活動時的燈光。 * **不要突然把室內植物搬到烈日下**：葉片來不及適應會直接曬傷。要換到光猛的位置， 請分一兩星期逐步移過去。 * **冷氣房要注意的不是光，是濕度**：長開冷氣會讓葉尖乾枯，跟光照不足的症狀很像， 別急著換位。 ## 按等級挑植物 ### 全日照 每日直射日光 6 小時以上；適合戶外、露台、天台與向陽落地窗邊。 *
